Content update

Hey y'all,

I took about 36 hours off and just now getting back to things. I'm in the process of doing some soul searching about the show. What this means is that I am going to make the show be a show that I want to make. While I encourage and want feedback and input, ultimately, the reason y'all are here is because you have enjoyed and like the show that I want to make. I'm going to get back to that. It's less about pleasing every single person out there (in here and the public at large) and more about making the show that I want to make and have it include the parts that I want to include because I enjoy them and want to make them. We all benefit from that and I'm excited to get back to that. So I encourage your input and feedback, but HC grew and continues to grow due to passion and I want to make sure that the things that are on HC are because I'm passionate about them.

So with that said, expect to see the content that I want to create and the content that I want to have on the show. I feel confident that it's going to be what y'all want to see (and listen to), so we all benefit and move onward and upward together.

As for the podcast specifically, it's going to continue. It took a break because I needed it to during the lead up to HeavyCon. It wasn't intentional nor was it planned to happen that way. I should have realized it and not scheduled the episodes as I did and therefore fail to deliver them. So that was my mistake and I apologize for not delivering on what was on the schedule.

There may be times when the normal schedule of content is interrupted. My goal is to better communicate that to y'all and the public.

The podcast will continue because I want it to continue and I enjoy creating it, despite the fact that there less of a ROI (return on investment) from that format. I know that a portion of y'all enjoy it and as long as I do as well, I look forward to continuing to produce the podcast. If that changes, I'll let you know. But for now, it will continue. I hope that helps clarify things and so that y'all know what's what on my end.
