Not a grafted soul that had only a dozen seconds of true superintelligence integration to cause mayhem, or a idiot savant goddess intrinsiquely linked to her nature as a dramatic overlord, even despite her own self-awareness of that fact. The Icon makes the two look like glue-eating toddlers in comparison, coordinating on a person to person basis on a truly global scale, and recalculating any issues that happen in real-time. I fear what the Icon would be capable of if given a decade of preperation time. Occult or not, she's already lethally efficient.
