The Sync must be updated monthly...
Added 2025-03-18 04:09:28 +0000 UTCI didn't think this needed to be spelled out... but for anyone with a monthly service, I can't autocheck your Patreon status. So, at the first of every month, your Patreon goes to cancelled. You must then need to sync again with my site. The sync button is in the Membership page.
If you ever lose acccess, you can resync as much as you want presuming you have a Patreon.
Should it fail to sync somehow, you can try clearing your cache. I'd try using the cancel button in My Membership, but if both fail, making a fresh account on my site usually does the trick.
This is the same if you suddenly change tiers. Also, as a matter of troubleshooting, I ask people to confirm their membership matches their role, which older accounts may not automatically update role, and if that happens, just contact me to fix it. Both role and membership status can be seen in My Membership.
