This is the second monthly post, intended for the 25th.
Changes:
Added setting to only allow humanoids to be knocked out.
Restored Concussion magic effect archetype that was non-functional in the vanilla engine, but selectable in Creation Kit.
This effect scales off its own duration, meaning it's possible to knock out people for varying amounts of time.
Intended to serve as a mini-framework for other authors when this mod releases. For example, updating old stealth mods (looking at you Book of Shadows) or just silly fun stuff (like Rumpled Rugs).
New addon "Tools" that serves as a functional gameplay mod and also a demonstration of the restored vanilla effect archetype:
Sleep poison (makes NPCs unconscious for 8 hours). Can be bought from vendors.
Rogue's cudgel (knocks NPCs out from behind for 6 hours). Can be crafted.
Zero (0) Papyrus scripting, only relies on this plugin + the original vanilla "Concussion" archetype data that was unused until now.
Safe to compact and esl-flag before used in a playthrough; will come flagged in public release.

I was busy and this release was late by about 4 hours into the 26th (in my time zone) so I apologize. I didn't want to half-heartedly push an update so it had to be delayed slightly.
