Maybe the innies learn an "old testament" kier while the town follows a more relaxed "new testament" kier. I guess it could also just be super corporate, but living in a town named after the company and having dolls of the founder is super dystopian.

I imagine making contact with him while being actively hunted by Lumon is not an easy task so her being MIA until this episode makes so much sense, like where does she even live?????
