I'm sorry to have to post a bit of a super serial notice, but as some of you may already know, patreon has had issues with processing payments this month. I believe it is mostly with credit card payments. I can only go off what I have read so far, I have seen it could be something to do with them moving location. I can't as yet find out officially what they have said about it. There are some ways to fix this if you are having credit card payment issues and you want to stay on for the month ahead. You can either check with you bank to make sure the payment has gone through and if it hasnt confirm it with them or change to PayPal payment method. I am very sorry for the issues, this is not something I expect to ever happen again since the fall out across every creator across the platform has been huge. We have all had patrons just deleted from the platform. It's a huge blow directly at the time of the month we rely on. I'm not the only one who has reverted backwards and lost around a year of work on building up our community. But as we always show, the times that challenge us always makes #teamivy stronger! Once I have more information I will be sure to let you know, if you are in the discord group keep an eye on there for our discussions and updates as people find them.
