I get questions about not being able to see your work on Discord, and usually the solution is to "sync your Patreon and Discord accounts".
The Patreon BOT cannot recognize you as a Patreon supporter if you just enter the my server. So, please register your Discord account with Patreon site.
Then you will be able to see the works on the Discord.
