I can't help but feel badly for John Walker in this episode. Even though I don't like his character, it's tough to see him struggling so much.

The dora milaje don’t take the heart shaped herb that’s exclusively for the black panther. They’re just better fighters/more badass than just about every other soldiers in the world and they still have vibration weapons and armor.

The dialog in the show indicates that the physical changes Steve experienced are eliminated, now you could give it to a 90 lb. nerd and he/she'd still look like a 90 lb. nerd. Bucky's version seems to be similar to that given that we don't see any physical changes in him, but it's also not the same version so it's really unclear what the difference is. The important thing is that the power isn't corrupting people like Zemo thinks it will, but those who are already corrupt or highly prone to being corrupted will be more inclined to embrace that corruption. Walker is on a power trip before he takes the serum and Carlie feels trapped with no other way out.

2024-11-25 06:43:00 +0000 UTCI just want to take you back for a moment to when Walker questions the authority of the Dorimilajay. They aren't in America, so think about why John thinks he has any authority there. To me it feels like a comment on the way the USA thinks/behaves in general.
