Avengers: Endgame (Full Reaction)

🎉WE FINALLY MADE IT TO ENDGAME!🎉 Wow! This movie was incredible. I did not see that ending coming a mile away. This might be my favorite Avengers movie. It was sad, beautiful, and epic. Even though we lost people, we gained so much from their sacrifices. I hope you enjoy this reaction. It's been a long time coming. Thank you for going on this journey with me.

Thanos was right about the dangers of overpopulation, but he was too shortsighted for his plan to do anything. I don't know about the rest of the universe in the MCU, but earth? Irl our population has doubled in the last 40-50 years, that's all the time it takes for the population to be the same as it was before Thanos, which really means he caused suffering and pain an universal scale for nothing.

DracoMint

Thank you BigBullyBusick! This does feel like the most epic superhero movie. The MCU did a phenomenal job of bringing all these characters together and that is no easy thing to accomplish. I'm so glad you enjoyed this and very grateful we got to go on this journey together! Also, Steve's line "Yeah I know" was such a great response to "I can do this all day"! I'm sorry you've had a tough time of things lately. I hope good things come your way and that your life is filled with an abundance of joy! Wishing you the best!! ❤️🐑🎉

Jacqueline

Thank you John! I'm so glad you enjoyed this and I'm grateful we were able to go on this journey together. That book sounds awesome!

Jacqueline

Jax you are a terrific reactor! One reason is because you are so committed to the characters. "Welp. Thor is doing the worst emotionally" is such an on the nose observation! LOL. You also really crystallized how all the Characters are in their own stages of grief, in the same way that we, the fans, are. How Barton's anger is sort of like our own. I never noticed how Thor echoes Valkyrie's grief arc, or Steve echoes Sam's, until you pointed it out. I think part of the reason ENDGAME works so well is that the fans are having the same emotions as the Heroes. The MCU is really good at eliciting powerful emotional responses from us, isn't it? In some ways, the ability to measure the value of a piece of art is to gauge the emotional response(s) elicited by that piece of art. Seeing your reactions reinforces my opinion that the MCU is an extraordinary endeavor.

Gideon Zahler

I cannot thank you enough for this journey. You helped me fall in love with this series all over again. I look forward to a future of viewing with you <3

Joshua Foley

I'm so glad you enjoyed this Al! Thanks so much for watching! ❤️🐑🥳

Jacqueline

Yes! All hail the rat! Defeater of Thanos and defender of the quantum realm van!

Jacqueline

Yay! I'm so glad you liked it!!

Jacqueline

Haha! Yes! You have to have secret code words with yourself!

Jacqueline

Omg that is amazing!

Jacqueline

Thank you so much Ian! Yay! I'm so glad you liked this! It's such a phenomenal film. So far, WandaVision has been so different than what I was expecting. I can't wait to see where this show goes. I'll definitely be watching the original Spider-Man films before the next Tom Holland film! ❤️🐑

Jacqueline

Great reaction like always 👍, I was even surprised that u catch all those Easter eggs in the movie. Behind bucky was indeed the little kid from iron man 3, I hope he has still the potatoe gun mark 2 😂. I hope ur enjoying every other stuff from the MCU bec the fan base splits heavily after this movie but I don't wanna drag u down in these debacles, that's why pls don't watch any reviews of any of the upcoming movies, have fun like always u happy person, u. 😂

Dwight White

Oh wow, this was such a wonderful emotional reaction. I remember seeing this in cinemas after watching and growing along with the MCU since 2008, seeing every film and character grow into this. The emotional attachment we feel to these stories can be so intense and it shows here in your reaction even as a newcomer to the MCU. Some moments just hit so hard, like Rocket and Nebula holding hands after she gets back to Earth. Steve and Natasha's conversation about moving on and Tony greeting Peter after the snap. This film and the latest Guardians film are the hardest hitting emotionally for me

Alex Burchill

Couldn't wait another week for this one, had to jump on! Thanks for letting all of us experience this journey with you Jax.

Kez B

There are arguments over the identity of Peggy's husband. The directors insist cap made an alternate timeline but the writers insist he was intended to always be Peggy's husband we never met him. And I'm inclined to believe the writers especially after future content. People ask how cap could go through the badness of the world. I say he knew it would work out and he knew alternate timelines are more dangerous he was retired

Rigs216

It really is amazing that this movie exists and is as great as it is. 22 movies over 11 years culminating in this and it all flows together and makes sense. I'm glad we have thse movies. Loved your reaction to Steve wielding the hammer! Might be my favorite reaction ever! Love the little touches in this movie too. Like the killed characters not being in the opening Marvel logo and the music during the title card sounding different because they only used half the orchestra to do it.

Ed Scoglio

Certainly the best reaction to cap lifting the hammer i’ve seen 😂😂

Sam Baylis

The metal clanging sound at the post credit was the sound from Iron Man 2008 when Tony was forging the Mark 1 armor in the cave.

Tim W.

I believe you mentioned it but, yeah, Thanos killed half of all living things. That's why Scott's confirmation that it worked is a tree with a bird (maybe a couple) in like a courtyard type place. Thanos is right, he's just wrong about his solution. Resources are an issue, especially if the population continues to rise. One of the other great moments in this movie I haven't seen anyone mention is the collective reaction of the audience when "five years later". A couple of questions that you mentioned at the end will be answered, a few of them in Far From Home.

Aaron B.

Great stuff Jax! Strong work! So glad to see that others had the same emotions while watching that!

Gideon Zahler

And the first era has officially come to an end, so bittersweet! Glad to have been witness to this journey of yours! Now its time for some epilogues! Jax you are approaching a cross roads in your MCU journey. Going forward the MCU will not be as tightly woven together as before. Some stories will connect to others while some will be completely isolated from the grander story. Some will be relegated to side stories. The focus of the next couple of phases was favoring quantity & creativity over a grand overall narrative. It still has that but was relegated to the back burner to let show runners & directors have more fun with their projects instead of having to tie everything together. Its pretty divisive in the fandom. Some hate it for not sticking to its root of connectivity & some love it for daring to try something different straying from the formula. Phase 4 will kind of tie all the loose ends from Endgame while heading forward in a new direction introducing new heroes while reintroducing/canonizing some older more obscure ones. Eternals will be a perfect jumping off point for a much needed MCU breather! It gives you a chance to explore other franchises & shows. *WITHOUT SPOILING ANYTHING* From that point on post Eternals, Hawkeye, Spider-man No Way Home, Dr. Strange 2 & She-Hulk reintroduce some pretty important characters that at the time we thought were irrelevant to the MCU but have comeback in a BIG WAY. Back tracking will kind of be a priority to understand & get the fullest experience for those shows & movies. Run this past your MCU expert he can back up what I'm saying. I can't wait for what's next in this patreon journey! So much potential for so many moments. Get the popcorn Lammy 🐑

Abner Aranivar

Jax Jax Jax,you are absolutely one of my favorite reactors and I'm glad I got to experience a roller coaster of emotions all over again with you! I'm pretty sure there were some new emotions thrown in there thanks to you!!(Damn Onions!!) Absolutely glad I joined your patreon and now I gotta catch up on some other movies you have reacted to! Until next reaction!

Nathan

I couldn’t wait till Thursday for the YouTube edit. I had to upgrade my subscription. 😊 I always cry watching this movie. Glad we could share it.

Al Batista

Wow, incredible reaction. To me, Endgame is the greatest superhero movie ever made. Thanos is one of the best villains ever (up there with Darth Vader). Marvel did such a great job of bringing 10+ years of storytelling together, culminating in an epic movie. Thank you Jax for this reaction. It's great reliving these movies with you. Love how invested you are with the storyline and characters, and your memory and attention to detail is super impressive. On a side note, one of the funniest lines of the movie you may have missed. When they go back to NY 2012, and Cap meets up with his 2012 version and they start fighting. In the middle of it, 2012 Cap says to Steve 'I can do this all day' and without missing a beat Steve goes 'Yea I know, I know'. Lol one of the best lines of the movie. Thank you so much for your incredible reactions. Been going through some things personally, and I always look forward to your reactions as a way to escape. Look forward to your ongoing MCU journey and beyond!

BigBullyBusick

Hey guys! I think we are forgetting the true hero on this movie here. " THE RAT" 🐀Without that rat Scott would not of escaped the quantum realm to start the journey to getting everyone back. Keep up the good reacts Jax.

Slider S

This reaction was an excellent End Game to your MCU adventure. Thank you for letting us follow your journey. Over the last month, I was also reading the book: "MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios" that was released on October 10, 2023. It covers the behind the scenes from the 1990's into Phase 4. For me, "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is the only good movie after End Game.

John Deardurff

Such a journey to get here! Loved it.

Kerknor

Okay so Thanos "kills half" therefore he only killed half of the Asgardians. We didn't see how they survived but we saw Valkyrie later. When Gamora was a child, you could see behind her half of the people were killed, not all. Loki knew this about Thanos and so he made himself the target. He even purposely said he was Thor's brother - sometimes he says he's no Asgardian but this time I think he even said he was Odinson. I think he made it clear to Thanos that he was half of two brothers, he and Thor and in this way when Thanos kills him, there would be no need to kill the other brother Thor (at least in that attack, future battles is another matter.) What else - in my opinion, instead of Thanos' ship traveling to the present from 2014(?) he should have just waited around for 9 years. This way they didn't need to have cloned Pym particles for Thanos to use - only false Nebula would have used the Pym particles and all she had to do was signal Thanos that it was time to attack and he would appear from a warp gate. This is also how Thanos' army arrived, they all just waited 9 years. Oh one more, when Thor was fighting Thanos, he should have put Mjolnir on top of Thanos to pin him down because no one can lift Mjolnir except 4 people (Thor, Cap, Vision, Hela?). You can see "the axe" Thanos was able to hold, it did not have the enchantment that Mjolnir had. But to counter this, Thanos would have to dig the ground underneath him to get away from being pinned. (But also the key is "lift" the hammer or "wield" it... so it's possible there is a safety feature that let you wiggle out from underneath it because children and pets could be accidentally harmed by being pinned underneath it. There should be a "wiggle clause" where you don't have to "lift" the hammer, you can just scoot out from underneath it.)

Mannygogou

And now I will give my pet theories... just for fun. I'll put it in a reply below so it doesn't clutter up the main feed.

Mannygogou

Woo! I just finished watching... well we're still in the end talk as I write this comment 😊 Epicness!

Mannygogou

It never occurred to me that she married Steve in the past!

Jacqueline

That's pretty funny that they had to tell Tom Holland it was a wedding. I haven't seen the How It Should Have ended videos. That sounds fun though.

Jacqueline

You have a doppelganger test since age 11. That’s the most awesome thing ever 🔥…had to say that before finishing the reaction

TheEbonyElephant

Aaaw! That's awesome!

Jacqueline

Turns out shawarma is delicious!

Jacqueline

One of my favorite theories that people said after this movie came out was that all of the Stan Lee cameos were an old man version of captain America watching key points of his old friends as a way of reminiscing

Kendall Brown

Hope you enjoyed the shawarma... 3000 😉

Cpt_Kirk

I LOVE LOVE LOVE how in the first avengers Steve told Tony that he would never make the sacrifice play and he ended up making the greatest sacrifice AND Tony told Steve everything special out of him came out of the bottle yet he was able to use mjolnir

Alex Ocean

I just don't know what to say that hasn't been said before. You should've seen opening night, even being in line to enter the theater was electrifying. There's a deleted scene where Tony is at the same place where Thanos was when he snapped his fingers. He met the future Morgan (portrayed by the actress of 13 Reasons Why, don't remember the name atm) and had a scene together between the snap and the end of Thanos and his army. How times changed: Steve telling Tony he will never make the sacrifice play, and Tony replying that Steve's worth came from a bottle. Finally, if you look closer... Bucky already knew Steve was going away. Didn't you feel like they were saying goodbye to each other (phrases from the first movie and the "Gonna miss you, buddy" plus the "It's going to be okay, Buck)?? This movie is an experience. We were lucky to be alive to see this at the movies on opening night (I must admit I went 3 times to the theater in a 2-week timegap). A generational movie, like no one ever before and who knows if they do it again in such a genius way.

José García Bustamante

This will always be my favorite MCU movie (so far). As far as plot and action, Infinity War was much tighter. But this one has the feels. Plus it ties up the first 3 phases with a bow. Not spoiling anything but I'm not sure why Spiderman Far From Home is considered to be in phase 3. I'll expand on that in that reaction though. Again the plot isn't quite as tight as it was in Infinity War. Any story dealing with time travel is going to have its issues though. I do think it was well done regardless of any plot holes or points we have to suspend questioning. I love that you caught the kid from Iron Man 3 during the funeral. My friends and I were all asking each other who he was when we first saw it. Emotionally this movie wrecked me in a good way. It's sad losing Tony, but it was done extremely well. As I said in my comments for Infinity War, my 2 favorite moments in the MCU came in this movie: Cap wielding Mjolnir for the first time and "Avengers! Assemble." Not to mention Tony's sacrifice moment. I hope you'll continue with phase 4. The first few shows (WandaVision, Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, and Hawkeye) are really good. F&TWS is the weakest imo but still worth it. The movies are hit and miss, but all still very enjoyable. Great reaction! I love how you don't miss very much and are able to keep so many of the little details in your head while you watch. Can't wait for more!

Marty McGee

Just finished watching - another great reaction, Jax and to such an epic film. You've easily become my favourite MCU reactor - your reactions are so entertaining and I'm always impressed at how much you remember from previous films when it comes to throwbacks and references. It shows just how much you've thrown yourself into this world and it makes your reactions so engaging. I'm looking forward to continuing the journey, particularly with the shows. WandaVision is a huge favourite of mine so I'm really looking forward to seeing what you make of that! Can I make a suggestion which is that at some point not too long after you watch the next film (which is Spider-Man Far From Home) you react to the original Tobey Maguire SM films, followed by the Andrew Garfield SMs if you haven't already seen them all. I won't see any more than - I'm just asking you to trust me! 😊. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed that well-earned shwarma!

Iain Bain

Yeah that was a great catch! I had to look him up.

Marty McGee

Great reaction. And excellent comments above. So fun following you on this journey. Some good content still to come. Also, the metal sound at the very, very end is Tony hammering metal in the cave to make his original suit in the first Iron Man. Great stuff.

Steven Lettieri

Yeah. We were all freakin out.

Gideon Zahler

Aw, crap...I'm gonna cry again...I want to cry again...man, I'm stupid. Oh, well. Good shit. Here we go...

Steve Mercier

Hi Jax, I have two notes: First about Steve changing the past: it was said Peggy was married and had kids, but did they say who was the husband? Maybe it was already Steve. Second, aout The Ancient One having the Time Stone: she still had it because Dr Strange was still a surgeon. As she said: it would take five more years to he become The Dr Strange as we know.

Dorival Jr

Three little things: 1. "Avengers Assemble" has been the key phrase for the Avengers since it was first used in the comics in 1964. It's a little like "I've got a bad feeling about this" from Star Wars, Captain Picard's "Engage" from Star Trek: The Next Generation, "I'll be back" from Terminator, or Elementary, my dear Watson" from Sherlock Holmes. It's a phrase fans of Avenger comics were waiting for since the first movie. They teased it hard at the end of Age of Ultron when the movie ends with Cap saying "Avengers ... " before abruptly cutting to black. During Endgame opening night, the only moment that rivaled the "assemble" line in terms of crowd cheering was Cap holding Mjolnir. 2. Don't know if you've ever heard of it, but there's a decent-sized(10M subs) YouTube channel out there called 'How it Should Have Ended' (or HISHE). They do animated versions of alternate endings of movies. One of my favorites is "How Captain America Should Have Returned the Stones". It humorously points out all the plot problems with how they set up the return of most of the stones. Especially what would have happened when Cap returned the Soul Stone - think about it for a sec. :) 3. Fun little note about the funeral scene. Tom Holland was absolutely terrible about keeping plot points secret while doing publicity tours for previous MCU films(he actually revealed that half of the universe was going to die in Infinity War during a group interview promoting the film). Because of that, the studio always sent a babysitter with him during publicity to help him keep his mouth shut(often Benedict Cumberbatch). Anyway, the Russos were so worried he was going to leak Tony's death that Tom wasn't told the funeral scene was actually a funeral. Instead, he was told everyone was there for a wedding(the scene was actually filmed very early; even before Black Panther was released).

Michael Kemmet

I will check them out!

Jacqueline

So true! I loved Tony's character growth throughout this series of films.

Jacqueline

That's so true! They completely nailed this. Also, "on your left" is a great moment!

Jacqueline

Thor's story is really sad. He seems like the only one out of the group that fought this entire battle and still is left with nothing.

Jacqueline

Yeah, it's a sad movie. But there's so much joy in it too. Tony's speech at the end was beautiful.

Jacqueline

I just finished work... Hmm, I might have to rearrange things to watch this now... 🙂

Mannygogou

I love that they brought back the potato gun kid! I'm so glad you enjoyed this.

Jacqueline

I'll have to see that!

Jacqueline

Yes! I knew that line sounded familiar! What a shame that they weren't able to bring back everyone who'd died along the way. But, Bruce did very well when he snapped.

Jacqueline

Loved your reaction to this Jax! No matter how many times I rewatch Endgame, I still always enjoy it

Steven Hok

The whole "you're taking all the stupid with you" talk at the end was a throwback to the first Captain America movie, where they said the same thing with reversed roles when Bucky went to war. You wondered several times throughout the movie who would be brought back and who wouldn't. They "only" reversed the snap, so they brought back everyone that vanished because of that. Not the people who Thanos killed before, like the Asgardians, Loki, or Vision. And yes, as you asked about that as well, Thanos killed half of the Asgardians when he attacked their ship. Thor talked about that when the Guardians found him. So they probably lost about half of the people that remained during the snap as well.

Kezo

Kevin Feige even said in an interview that Steve was the husband all along - even during Winter Soldier the plan was Steve was the husband. They didn't know at the time how they'd get there, but it was always going to be Steve.

Lee Aguera

One thing to notice about Peggy's family pictures in Winter Soldier, the husband is not shown. I believe the answer is that Steve was the husband all along. He just couldn't let his younger self know yet.

Aaron Lovik

I think in phase one they Marvel One-shot, short video that you can find on youtube, "The Consultant", "A Funny Thing Happened on the way to Thor's Hammer", "Item 47", "Agent Carter" and "All Hail to the King" you may want to look at them for reaction or just for your own pleasure.

David Bourgeois

When Steve get up with the broken shield my thought was "I can do this all day" :-)

David Bourgeois

The kid's name is Harley Keener and you are right he's from Iron Man 3.

David Bourgeois

In the first Avengers movie, Steve Rogers tell Tony Stark that "I know guys with none of that worth ten of you. I've seen the footage. The only thing you really fight for is yourself. You're not the guy to make the sacrifice play, to lay down on a wire and let the other guy crawl over you." How thing have change in the end.

David Bourgeois

"What if it starts off with a funeral?" she says, right before it starts off with something MUCH worse :) It really is a remarkable feat, telling a story across 22 movies in 10 years and managing to stick the landing so impressively. So many wonderful moments in this movie, but the one that gets me every time is quite simple: "On your left"

Patrick Egan

All the feels. Two compliments for you! First, you are the "earliest" reactor (that I've seen?) worried about Clint & Nat going to Vormir, you spotted the problem the moment they got on the ship together, well done hah... Second, I loved your reaction to seeing "Fat Thor". You looked exactly how I felt the first time. It was difficult, in the cinema, hearing people laughing at him. So I really appreciated you feeling that as you did.

Quarty

Thanks for your reaction. End of it it's hard to watch :(

Wreath35

Even to this day after watching this many times, I still have all the feels and emotions from the 1st time I watched it. As I mentioned in my comment for infinity wars, the way they intertwined all the characters and storylines is so epic as you said many times. The fact that they got so many characters in this from the past movies was amazing and it didn't seem as though they were trying to force characters into the story. Everything flowed so naturally. Very few were left out or forgotten. Yes, the boy in the funeral scene at the end was the boy from iron man 3, with the potato gun. Loved your reaction and analysis.

P T

They say the best villains are those they believe they have good intentions. I'd say it's perfectly possible to be evil while believing oneself to be good.

JD Nevesytrof

And just for fun- here's what it was like with the Audience reaction to the Cap & the Hammer Scene and final battle- https://youtu.be/v_klBA8Dvcs?si=7R4vuEwX1eZRWg90

Kay Douglas

There's a really funny youtube sketch of Captain America's Life after Endgame that's worth watching. All the things he's having to keep silent about to avoid changing the timeline.

Tanya O'Donnell

I'd been really looking forward to your reaction to this! It's a movie that makes us laugh and cry and reflect, and your reaction was fantastic. Thanks Jax. And yes, that movie absolutely destroyed us when we watched it in the theaters. Infinity War and Endgame were just... overwhelming. Crowds went crazy when Steve picked up Mjolnir and when the portals opened and Sam said, "On your left" and then everyone returned. And the whole theater was stricken by Tony's death and captivated by Steve's unexpected happy ending. A few thoughts: The metal clanking sound at the end was Tony forging his first suit of armor while he was kidnapped by the Ten Rings. The Infinity Saga ends where it began. Speaking of things ending where they began, Thanos' first comic appearance was in an Iron Man comic. So it was fitting that Tony was the one to end Thanos' reign in the MCU. Plus of course it was a fitting capstone to Tony's arc where he went from a selfish warmonger to a selfless hero. That moment when Steve, with a broken shield and a lot of visible injuries, stood up and faced down Thanos and all his armies is one of the most amazing heroic moments I've ever seen. His resolve in the face of absolutely overwhelming opposition is astonishing. Steve wielding Mjolnir was foreshadowed in Age of Ultron, at the party scene. A bunch of characters tried to lift the hammer without effect. Then Steve tried, and Mjolnir rocked slightly in place, and Thor looked worried. It's been a lot of fun watching you watch these movies. I love them all and know them intimately, but I can enjoy them through fresh eyes when you watch them. Your joy and sorrow and relief makes them so much more enjoyable as I relive those experiences with you.

Robin Wise

Jaaaaax! That was so great, wasn't it?! There is just SO much to talk about here... and I am sure that so many others will get into all of the MARVELous details- so I'll just tell you about the theaters, as I know you always like to know. This was an opening night one for me too... and like Infinity War, the energy was **electric** in the theater- where you were crying, the whole theater was too... where you screamed in glee- the whole theater did too. It was an experience that I will *never* forget. Gives me chills almost every time. Like you, Steve and Peggy's story was always my #1 thing in the MCU so to have this payoff in the end- was great... (and as far as changing the past- they didn't really have to to be together- Peggy just had to keep quiet at work about who her husband was so Cap's secret was kept, but it would have been Steve all along and we just didn't know until the end!) If you want a little idea of what that opening night was like- do yourself a favor and look at Youtube as there are several audio-only recordings of that opening night experience so you can hear that electricity yourself! ***HAPPY CHANNELVERSARY TOO, DEAR JAX!*** I'm so happy to have been here with you almost the whole time too! Here's to the next year together!

Kay Douglas

The one time they win is the one he dies.

Andy Eggroll

The young skinny kid at the funeral at the end was the kid from IM: III. Also, if you rewatch the scene where Cap takes the Pym particles, he takes, actually, more than he actually needs, I suppose both enabling his ‘relocation’ to Peggy’s timeline also, if true, indicating he was formulating that exact plan at some point.

Lamar Smith

Also to answer your question from the end of the movie, that is the kid from Iron Man 3 that Tony kitted out his garage.

Dax

I am ride or die for the MCU. I grew up in the 90s getting picked on at school because I read Xmen comics. So I remember what it was like before the MCU came along and made it “cool” to like superheroes and comics. You’ll never hear me complain about superhero fatigue. I have been to the midnight showing for every single MCU movie, no exceptions. Every single one. And afterwards my dad and I would go to a latenight greasy spoon diner for a patty melt and talk about it. The Endgame opening night was insane. Something that may never happened again, but I was there. My dad said the only movie experience he’s been to with the same charged air, the same audience excitement was opening night of the first Star Wars movie in the 70s. This movie paid off so much, brought home so many plots and little moments. And trust me, everyone in the comments will be posting their favorites. I’ll give my two cents. My favorite moments tie back to the first Avengers movie when Steve tells Tony he’s not the man to make the sacrifice play, and Tony tells Steve everything special about him came out of a bottle. And here we have Steve being a truly special, worthy person. And Tony willing to give up his life to protect everyone. Two amazing payoff moments. And of course, the Avengers Assemble moment. I’ve seen this movie probably a dozen times and that still gets the water works, good and proper. Great work Jax, I’m glad you shared this journey with us. I’ve been here since the first Iron Man movie, and I look forward to more. Cheers!

Lee Aguera

I think you may have kind of misunderstood Thanos's motivations in Infinity War. He wasn't just doing things to be evil, he geniunely thought he was doing what needed to be done. That's why he just retired, instead of going on to try to rule the universe afterwards.

Carter Schunk

Very true. It's was as much of a group process as anything else the Avengers have done.

Jacqueline

That sounds delightful! ❤️🍪

Jacqueline

One first comment before i watch again. I wouldnt call Thanos evil. He is the Villain but not evil he just thought to his soul that it is the only way to go so that the Universe hasnt go through what he went through by losing his Planet and his Species. Mislead by sure, probably in some form insane but not evil. He thought he would do the right thing but he never wanted to rule or oppress the universe. That made him such a great villain cause i can understand his point of view without despising him. One thing i really appreciate was that Thanos was willing to make a very difficult decision and that is something we need today with all the problems we have to face as a Species, especially climate change and what we need to do to survive as a society. But thats a different topic.

Drinks - Check! Snackers - Check! Phone turned off - CHECK! Let's gooooo! :D

YES! It's go time! Been waiting for this. Just like so many others have. This is such a great movie and a ending to an Era. I look forward to a couple of rewatchs of this one. I know I plan a massive binge once all the previous ones are retroactively uploaded with full reactions. See ya on the other side ladies and gentlemen.

Thexx

I'm trying to figure out if I can play hooky from work for several hours today... 😏 So looking forward to this, Jax!

Phil Stubblefield

One detail I love about how they figured out time travel in universe is that no one person just came up with it in isolation. It was an process of learning from mistakes, successes, etc. Multiple people coming up with a piece, even if they aren't working toward time travel (like pym particles) and eventually someone putting all the disparate bits together (Tony, including everything he's learned between 2008 and 2023 when Endgame takes place).

Chris (darkwater)

It's finally here! This is my sched for the night

Kristine

My evening is planned out.

I baked some cookies just for this occasion! Gonna munch and enjoy this reaction tonight!

Onno Smits

When I started watching Jax, I only ever saw her laugh and I didn't think anything could break her bubbly personality.

Andy Eggroll

After I get my kids from school it's Endgame time. I'm so ready for this but at the same time not ready. This movie always hits the feels no matter how many times I watch it

Devin House

So happy it's finally there. In other hand, really sorry for you, you should be a mess due to all that happened.

Dorival Jr

The day is here, 1 more hour of work then we go!

Rippan

I feel like Lamby took a while to get over his How To Train Your Dragon phase and honestly, I completely get it. Same Lamby, same.

Time to make some breakfast and sit down to watch with you :D
