The people on those planes would die for real like Gamora and not just turn to dust the way so many others did.

But hey 1 out of 14mil possible outcomes ... We're in the Endgame now

2023-10-31 20:37:56 +0000 UTCThe logo on Fury's pager was not for Captain America. Almost every villain has a hero that primarily opposes them: their nemesis. In the comics, Thanos has a heroic counterpart. Comics nerds saw that logo on Fury's pager and thought, "ohhhhhhhhh". We felt hope that was denied to you because you didn't know what the logo represented. If it'd been the Red Skull that won the day, and we saw Captain America's logo, it'd be like this. If Loki had won and we saw Thor's logo, it'd be like this. Instead, Thanos won, and we saw... something else. I was really looking forward to this reaction! Infinity War is... the beginning of the end of everything we've seen set up already. Endgame is the same, but it resolves the story. Bring tissues, and be ready for a lot. But it's a GREAT movie.

2023-10-30 19:19:50 +0000 UTCThat was a great reaction, and I'm not surprise. You would've guessed it, there were excitements and shocks in this Avengers chapter. I was also really invested in these characters as I am a big fan of Marvels. It was a very long journey we have with these characters and feel like they're part of our lives for so long because these actors and actress have stayed with MCU franchise for so long, that it feels that no one can replace them. I am too anxious for you to get to Endgame, but the next 2 also essential to watch before Endgame to understand who and why in that chapter.

And yes there were a few laughs like you laughed with people not knowing how to process the ending, and all they could do was laugh. It. Was. Traumatizing. For. Everyone.

2023-10-30 00:01:53 +0000 UTCWhat a fantastic reaction. You say you feel silly for investing in these characters but you shouldn't! It's great to get wrapped up in stories and characters and see their journey from beginning to end. It's truly once in a lifetime feeling. From the comics side, I'll be that guy: Thanos did not have that motivation in the comics, he killed to have a relationship with Death (the physical embodiment of her) and thought that this would impress her. The stones can also alter any aspect of existence, so it makes Thanos able to manipulate the universe as he sees fit. If he didn't have Visions Mind stone, he would still be powerful, but he would have to do it the hard way and not be able to snap his fingers and eradicate them in an instant. Also, the comics includes way more heroes, including the Fantastic Four, X-men and Avengers as well. The wait for Endgame was certainly tough but all I'll say is that it's 100% worth it. It was tough seeing you angry and sad considering how you're usually so bubbly and happy but most if not all who view definitely felt like that the first time watching it. I hope your comfort food helped and I can't wait to see your reaction to the next Avengers movie!

I saw this movie on opening night at the theater, and the reactions of everyone were similar to yours and worse coming out of the theater. There were people crying their eyes out in the theater as we walked out after the end credit scene. Then the questions and theories started to fly. Waiting for endgame was horrible.

I'd say after Endgame you should definitely watch the epilogue shows(Wanda Vision, Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Loki and What if?) , Then I would say the Netflix verse should be next. Its a more serious street level dark corner of the MCU. It is loosely connected to the bigger MCU proper but will lead right into Hawkeye. Daredevil will probably be one of your favorite MCU heroes of all time. Mark my words!

The distress call at the beginning is voiced by kenneth branagh who directed the first thor movie. Thanos is so powerful he can hold a stone without dying. As powerful as he is though the snap hurt him, the glove is damaged as is his arm which you may have seen when editing for youtube. Last, please watch the tv series in release order alomgside the movies.

Most people walked in thinking this was another happy ending Avengers movie... no, this is a Thanos movie. and oh boy will you need tissues for End Game as well.

2023-10-27 19:34:24 +0000 UTCBack when the movies were first announced the next two Avengers films were billed as Infinity War Part I and Part II, so I think a lot of us expected cliffhanger, but yeah, the wait for the next one was brutal. For as many great moments this one had (sad, funny, and epic) I think Endgame tops it for sure. You might want to stay out of all the comments sections till then, people love spoiling things. (YT is kind of really bad at that...) As far as the comics, I think Thanos' grand plan was courting the literal embodiment of Death, the character. To make her fall in love with him his plan was to kill a few zillion people via infinity stones. I don't think that was as good as the idea for the movie.

We had no idea of the future movies. The dusting of the end credit "Infinity Way". It was brutal. This was Thanos' hero story. He was the protagonist and he won. Oh and Jax letting loose with the Fword. I'm so happy for you.

I really like Thanos cause i think his Cause is relatable in some form. I can imagine that an Event like seeing his own Homeworld die after he suggested to them a way out can change someone so drastically that you go insane and not turn evil in a classic way. He´s so deep into his own Rabbit hole that he really sees no other way then killing half the Population in the Universe. Of course its insane but look at us right now. Its insane what we do to our World but instead of making it better we are keep doing all the bad things and trying to do as little as possible to safe us and most of us wouldnt consider us insane. He tries to do the right thing but on his Journey he lost his mind and never noticed. That doesnt make him evil he just mislead himself int believing his way is the only way..
