Hello everyone! So after fellow patrons Kevin Lattner, Jason Krause and Mike Mitchell all suggested Beef Wellington, I figured I had to try it. I went with fish as the protein, since I’ve heard the beef one is even harder, and I wanted to work my way up. I’m just gonna say, this was not easy, especially dealing with the fish part. But after a few bumps, I’m pretty sure I pulled it off. And I was especially proud of how I plated it. You can do a lot of messing up along the way, but if you plate it nicely at the end, most people won’t notice. I think that’s a good motto for life too.
