Awww Nix... she tried so hard, but in the end, no dice. Not that it's Fryx's fault entirely, he's got a lot of regret and unsaid feelings being worked through rn (wink wink nudge nudge). Still, my heart breaks for the poor princess. Can't imagine the pain of being the last of your kind, finally finding the solution, and falling flat on her face even then because her chosen partner doesn't want her back :(( as a side note, LOVE that 2nd panel angle on the sketch it's so good~
