What's up gang!

It is with no small sense of relief I am writing this post video release update. I've been stressing over this video now for ages, I was worried it wasn't as good as the other FF&C entries, or that people wouldn't give a shit about a video about a guy who hasn't been relevant since the 80's, was worried the production was taking too long, you name it.

But the reception from all of you over the last week has been genuinely fantastic, thank you to all of you who signed up just to watch it, or the long timers who've been here since day one. I appreciate all of you immensely.  The release on YT has gone over really well too. We broke new records for a live premiere, with over 2000 people watching live, which is insane! I think the Conor McGregor video premiere had 300 people watching, and I remember thinking I'd never top that number! But here we are. Its hit 70k views in one day, and while they always generally trail off after the first day, that's still pretty damn impressive! Who knew old Frank was still so popular.

There were a few screw ups in there that the eagle eyed among you spotted, such as one point where i said Bloodsport came out in 98 not 88, and Bolo Yeung being 43 not 53, but honestly by the time of uploading to YouTube, I kinda tapped out and just left it as it was. I couldn't face the thought of any more re-recording and editing.  Not the most professional attitude but I have never in my life claimed to be a professional. At anything.

So what's next is a brief respite, to catch up on a bit of rest and some videogames, maybe finally get to turn on the PS5 I bought and never got to use. This was the first weekend in 2 months I've gotten to sleep later than 9am so I'll enjoy that for another few weeks.

I'm thinking this may be the summer of finishing trilogies tho, so for the next one I'm leaning towards finishing the TUF trilogy. Not 100% decided yet but we'll see how it goes. Also toying with the idea of putting all 3 of the Fakes and Frauds videos into a supercut just for the hell of it.

It was also pointed out to me that digging through all the old Patreon posts to find the passwords for the older videos is a pain in the ass, so I'm going to reset all the old videos to use the same password, and I'll post it up here for everyone when its done.

I'm still working on the series idea too. At the moment I don't really want to get my hopes up, as this is still a serious hail Mary longshot, but the guy I'm working with on this seems to genuinely think it'll be sold and his enthusiasm is getting kinda infectious so lets just say today it seems far more plausible than it did a month ago. I removed a lot from this version and removed the awful filter on the Pride segment, so the final trailer is fairly different and in my humble opinion much better, but I cant post that version yet!

Anyway, that's about it for now, thank you all again for the support and encouragement over the last couple of months! No doubt I'll be updating you on my Fast & Furious marathon again soon.
