Back at it! (kinda)

Hey everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know what's going on with the next video. I officially started work on writing and researching about a week ago, and have clocked about 7 minutes of footage completed already!

The video started out as the CM Punk in MMA story, but as I did more writing and researching it's morphed into not just CM Punk, but the whole tangled relationship between Pro Wrestling, specifically the WWE, and MMA. So there'll be some stuff about Brock, Punk, Dan Severn, Ken Shamrock, etc, basically anyone who's crossed over, successfully or unsuccessfully, between Pro wrasslin' and MMA 

For the last day or two, I've been working on the dumbest, stupidest skit yet. I woke up at 3am on Thursday night and was like "Yes. This is the idea. This is what this video needs." And was awake 'til about 4am with ideas buzzing around my head 😂 Put it this way, anyone who enjoyed me doing the Rampage Rap in Pride part 2, will get a kick out of this!

One of the best things about having the Vimeo account now is that they really don't seem to give a crap about copyright strikes. And the WWE are absolutely fucking notorious for claiming any footage, so im guessing the video will need to be butchered to fit youtube's copyright rules, but the Vimeo version will be uncut!! 

In other news I won't be doing much work for a few days tho as after avoiding it for 2 years, I finally managed to pick up Covid 😣So currently feeling a bit rough, and it doesn't really help with writing/editing when your head feels like it's about to explode. 

So gonna take a few days to get over this crap and then it's back to ruining my youtube recommendations by watching nothing but videos about pro wrestling!
