Ashida Kim is even crazier than we thought

So the fundraiser has absolutely crushed it. As of today, we've raised 105% of the goal on justgiving, it just hit €527 total, and the youtube donations from the livestream totalled €227 after the youtube tax. All told, there's €754 raised and the end date for justgiving is the 18th of April (thats when youtube should pay out its revenue, so i can lump both payments all together in one big payment for the IFAW). I'm so thankful to everyone who donated. I really hope it can do even just a little bit of good.

Obviously with the fundraiser such a success, i had no choice but to follow through with the promise to read The Amorous Adventures of Ashida Kim on stream. I scoured every ebay seller, Amazon page and rando book site on the internet i could find to get a cheap copy, but Kim sent his assassins to dispatch anyone cutting into his bottom line, and i was forced to pay the full whack of $47 ($28 shipping fees!!) direct from his straight outta 2003 web store. This pasty faced hobgoblins store takes you immediately to paypal as soon as you hit "add to cart", meaning i immediately get hit with international shipping as my address is Ireland. I managed to change my address to a forwarding mailbox in the US, and Ashida Kim STILL charged me $28 shipping!! Okay, well fuck it, I've got no choice right? So i pull the trigger and order the single most expensive Jazz book ever smeared onto a word processor. 

The next day, i received the following communication impaled upon my front door by a Ninja Throwing star. Or it was an email or some shit.

Not gonna lie, having Ultimate Ninja Master Ashida Kim™ wish me a most excellent day from what is very clearly his own personal @aol.com email address made me feel a bit guilty that i roasted his ass in a video that has 1.3mil views.

Then i realized this fucker was essentially trying to charge me $47 to download  a PDF and i felt slightly less guilty. This had better be the single most erotic text since the kama sutra for that price. 

The thought of a sad old Ashida Kim sitting front of his Windows XP PC in a dusty garage getting exited at the thought of someone finally buying one of his books meant i couldn't quite find it in my heart to be even remotely rude in my reply despite the fact that i wantedd to ask him if he was genuinely out of his fucking mind.

We had some more back and forth where Kim offers me the choice of picking one of his other Ninja spank novels equal to the value of $28 and then i can have both via PDF, but the thought of owning two Ashida Kim novels is a shame i cannot bear, so i insisted on a refund of the shipping and a PDF of his Amorous Adventures. Honestly his whole "the postal service has been flaky since the pandemic" line of horseshit didn't exactly fill me with confidence that I'd ever receive the book so a PDF seemed the safer option. 

Ashida Kim has yet to send me the fucking PDF.

In other fraud related book news, i managed to secure a copy of Frank Dux's "The secret man". So that will hopefully help with researching his segment for the next video, i mean the book is obviously all a bunch of crap, but it should hopefully give me a glimpse into the mentality of the man who Bloodsport was based on.

I've also just passed the first 10 minutes of footage for part 2!!

I need to re-record some lines and I've re-written some parts totally, but it's coming along fairly well. There's even a Sensei Segal themed intro i genuinely think everyone not clinically insane will absolutely hate, and i cant wait to unleash it upon an unsuspecting public 😁
