2022-03-28 03:28:20 +0000 UTCJohn, the local Japanese Consulate is telling us as non-Japanese, that we may apply for a visa if we are are relatives within the second degree of kinship (parents-in-law). We have a Japanese daughter in law and a half Japanese grand daughter living in Kyoto. Have you heard of this?
