2018-10-05 04:51:20 +0000 UTCI'd say its worth trying it at-least once. The best time to go up is right before sunset. It wasn't crowded when I went up so I was able to grab a seat and hang out to watch the sun set. You get stuffed in like a clown car during tourist season though, so I recommend visiting off season.
