Analog the big deal

I keep talking about my love for analog. Just last week, i stepped out for a shoot with no digital gear. I just carried my Medium Format and 35mm Bodies and a bunch of films.

I shoot long hours and sometimes the full weekend. This ends up with something between 1500 to 3000 images. It is actually very very difficult to create decent shots in a high contrast situation like this where you have hard sunlight glaring at you from all ends. OTT contrast means poor technique causing unecessary saturation and loss of detail and accentuating skin and makeup. It is a big mix of trying to meter for the right spot to keep the balance
