I'm really thankful to have had a chance to tour Peter's house. I've seen a lot of house tours and wanted to live stream it to make it different. In Tokyo, there are a lot of laws and rules you need to follow to build a house. Peter has lived in Japan for about 20 years and the mark that you will be here for a while is not just having a family here but building a house and setting down roots. No one invests in people who won't be sticking around. Building a business and life in Japan takes twice as long as elsewhere but when you stick it out and work hard, even two dudes like us can make a living in this business. Yeah okay, he's the BEST at what he does but that talent is grown and improved upon with a lot of work. Glad to have him as a friend (even though he's a psychopath! Who wears a yukata for no reason like this on the photo? What a ham! Just wants your attention! Haha! JK) -John
