Mark is a young man who didn't develop his powers until late in his teens. He does not have, take for instance, Superman's knowledge from a young age that, "I know I'm different so I can't just act the same as everyone else otherwise I might generally hurt someone." Instead Mark was raised human and then just came into his one Powers one day as a teenager. but still under this notion that he can act like everyone else. He doesn't take in to consideration that yes while we may consider him human the truth is he is not he can't act the same and still have people think oh yeah I'll be safe around him. He has a little temper tantrum and goes off and storms into the Pentagon to confront Cecil, that's not normal. As a human, you try going into anyone's room or office and slam your hands on their table and get confrontational about what you think isn't right and you will immediately be met with resistance and probably thrown out. He has to realize that he has to hold himself to a higher standard and can't just get emotional out of nowhere.

Mark starts to move towards Cecil, and a robot gets his way. Mark starts to get more confrontational. Cecil was like yo chill out bro and just go home. Mark ignores him and moves closer towards Cecil. Then a robot grabs his arm, and Mark throws the first punch, and then he starts escalating the situation. The whole time Mark is destroying the robots, Cecil is like, "Can you just chill so that we can talk about this but Mark continues to punch his way until Cecil is forced to use the device in Mark's head. Now, I'm not arguing that putting a device in Mark's head is right. But let's stop acting like Cecil's, the one who started this fight
