I'm afraid that I'm 7 hours away from Brooklyn! (Western New York is like another planet). That said, I do make it down there from time to time and maybe I'll make a plan around their show. I did TOTALLY miss their music and I feel quite silly about it.

I know you're based in NY so I was curious whether you're going to any of the upcoming LCD Soundsystem shows in Brooklyn Steel? For lack of a less rude word, I implore you to see them live. They cropped up around the time you said you stopped listening to new music and released their last record just before the start of your channel. It looks like they're going to be starting on some new material and they're famously fantastic live. It's very well penned dance-punk post-punk that definitely had an influence on Parquet Courts and Kero Kero Bonito. If it helps, they're one of the melon's favourite bands too! Much love from Ireland.
