Hey, Matthew. Yes, my crazy influences range from the literary to the animated series, “Rick and Morty” on Adult Swim. The “Pickle Rick” episode shows Rick, an inter-dimensional scientist, turning himself into a pickle just to avoid going to family counseling. He is brilliant but flawed and it almost does him in when the pickle rolls into a drainpipe. He actually has to capture a cockroach to use its limbs by activating parts of its brain. Reminded me of “Metamorphosis” in a cartoonish way. Lol. Anyway, leave a link to buy your album, if you want.

And yes, at the end there will perhaps be a battle between a virus and a cockroach. Of course, I’m also referring to Kafka’s story about a man who wakes up to find he’s turned into a cockroach. I think Kafka was one of those many artists who were appreciated more after his death. Today, a man can turn himself into a pickle and rule the AdultSwim airwaves ... Pickle Rick!
