We've published "How the quantum search algorithm works"

It's an introduction to the world of quantum algorithms through the lens of the search algorithm in particular, which has the very surprising property of being able to search a list in √N time.
The essay is substantially better because of the feedback we've received from you all during the testing phase. Thank you so much for that and for your support. We'll continue to share work early here for you all.
