Altered eventscene to use a callback system to run through events rather than an aggressive update check, vastly reducing potential for bugs and overlap.
Events now queue and no longer attempt to run out of turn under any circumstances.

Venus Derby Randomizer Base v2

Hello again! For the new year, I'm making some big changes to how I work. I'm trying to work a set number of hours each week, work set days, work on stream or on call with others, and post my hours worked every day. In other words, I'm going to treat this like a normal job. Romantic as it is, the life of a creative auteur carried by passion is no good way to get work done and hasn't worked for me so far. General Update: 11/03/25
Nothing new to report from last week, I am now mostly done with the new outfit and have a few days of work coding left besides. I genuinely have no idea how long I have left on the art, in the past it could have been a couple weeks or more still, but I've gotten much faster since drawing bunny Corn. The next update, which will primarily be a code update, is almost done, but there's one thing I absolutely need to do before I go any further on development. When I was originally coding the lobby for VT, I made it in about a week, and in that rush I made the absolutely terrible decision to completely separate unit handling in the lobby from the battles. The end result of that is many operations now have to be coded twice, and there are countless extra opportunities for errors and oversights....
