It would be cool to combine the two ideas. Like in Julia's Forever Doll where the guy can not die. But he is ungrateful, so she can be crueler in her punishments. Forgive me if this is too vulgar, but a cool punishment would be if she ate the guy, he survives going through her body while she absentmindedly goes about her day, then she eventually passes him in the bathroom and he is still alive.
