This friday the news is good.

Thank you for all the support you guys give me it really lights up my day in these tough times.

My wife is recovering well, she is already at home and is feeling well enough to even nag at me again :-P

About the data loss, let me explain a bit better what happened. It's almost 8 years that I use RAID 5 (for those that doesn't know what this is, it is basically redundancy of HDD. So if one HDD is lost, you don't loose your data).

My computer started freezing without any reason, and I thought that was one of the HDD of the RAID. Then, I checked them one by one, they were OK, but for some reason, it wasn't booting up. After a long time trying to make it work, the RAID was lost.

With no alternative, I had to recreate the RAID and loose all data. Right after this, I started downloading everything again. After 3 days of downloading, the computer froze again and I lost everything AGAIN.

After this second time, I knew that something was wrong on my motherboard, because the HDD was good.

So, we bought one NAS (Network Attached Storage), one HDD 4tb and one SSD 4tb.

No RAID anymore on my PC. Now, I will use the 4TB SSD to work and clone it everyday to the 4tb HDD and to the NAS Server.

If the SSD Fails, I just switch to the HDD. If both fails at the same time, I switch to the NAS and continue to work. Only if EVERYTHING fail simultaneously is when I will have to download everything from the cloud again.

Now I'm finishing the download of the cloud and I am syncing everything. While I was doing that the computer frozen again and I discovered that one of the SATA ports of my motherboard (that was used on the RAID) is broken. I just changed it and now everything is working 100%.

We should have no problem in finishing the work on the Love Route for the update next month and we might be able to add a few extra scenes because of the extra time we got from this month.
