The reddit post is a release of a snowboard theme. It requires you to download a snowboard ui extension and the theme. I thought it looked cool so I did this. After though, I realized it didn't theme all my settings icons. Of course being a snowboard theme you have to have many images all named differently to theme settings icons. Even if the image is the same for every icon.
Seeing this I figured why not make a tweak that will apply 1 image to all icons in the settings.app. I already have a settings app tweak NoSettingsIcon which did do this, but no one really used it to display an image, they only used it to hide all the icons. I believe this is due to me not allowing themes, a user had to manually put an image in a file and only one image worked at a time.
I've revamped this and made it more user friendly where themes can be installed from Cydia and chosen from the settings. I also added the options to change the image color without needing to remake the image.
These themes are placed in /var/mobile/Library/NoSettingsIcon/ they consist of a folder named whatever you like and 1 icon image named icon.png. As explained earlier you can select the theme you want from NoSettingsIcon settings and even adjust the color of it using a color picker.
I wanted my setup to match the reddit post so I also added the options to hide separators, use a custom inset (makes section width smaller) and allow you to set the background color.
You can achieve this entire setup with one tweak and I think it offers something others don't as you can change the color of the icon to match any setup.
Here is a little overview of what the tweak does.

A beta version of this update is available to patrons in their discord channel. It will be released on the repo this week.
Thanks!
