Unzip file and place in /var/mobile/Library/iWidget/ apply in XenHTML

Options:
Show Percent: toggles percent on and off
Bar Width: is the max width of the bar
Bar Height: is the max height of the bar (minimum is 7 otherwise inside wont show)
Inner Color: color of the insides
Border Color: color of the outsides
Border Size: size of the outside border
