We’re Creating a Breathe With Sandy App (Share Your Ideas)

A developer (community member) is starting to create a Breathe With Sandy app for our community. The idea is to bring everything together in one place, my YouTube content, all the Patreon exclusive sessions, courses, trainings and more, in a way that feels simple and organized.

A lot of you have shared that Patreon is missing certain features, so I would love to hear from you. What would you like this app to include? Things like playlists, filters by length or style, offline mode, a space to comment and connect, saving favorites, progress tracking.

This app is being built for you all, and I know many of you use patreon everday, so your input really matters. Share your thoughts with me, I would love to hear what you would find most valuable.

Much love,

Sandy

Reconnect with Your Inner Child | 1 Hour Deep Breathwork Journey & Healing Meditation

This is one of the longest journeys that I have shared here on Patreon. And just like in the Deep Tension Release video, this is a deep one, lying down is recommended. I really enjoy these activating sessions, however they are not for everyone. If you have a very sensitive nervous system and react very strongly to these open mouth breathing sessions, you can try in/out through the nose or just skip this session. Always listening to the body.

  • Length:     50 Minutes of Breathing + 15 minute meditation

  • Rounds: 4 Long rounds

  • Breath holds: 1:30 until 2:30

  • Breath retentions: Inhale

  • Breathing type: 2 part inhale 1 part exhale In/out mouth

  • intention: To explore altered states of consciousness and to connect with our younger self in the guided meditation.

40 Min Release Trauma, Tension & Emotions Stuck in The Body I 5 Rounds | Guided Gratitude Meditation

This is a deep one, lying down is recommended. Really enjoy these tension relief sessions but they are not for everyone. If you have a very sensitive nervous system and react very strongly to these open mouth breathing sessions, you can try in/out through the nose or just skip this session. Always listening to the body.

This powerful 40 minute session uses active, conscious breathing In/out through the mouth to intentionally tap into the sympathetic nervous system, the part of us that holds on to unprocessed stress, trauma, and tension. "The body keep the score" - Bessel van der Kolk, M.D.

This journey is a chance to go inward and let go of what the body has been carrying.

Two beautiful books that talk about how the body keep the score and holds onto trauma are The body keeps the score and Gabor Mates When the body says no. Highly recommend reading these.

So many of us are unknowingly holding on to old emotional wounds, and it shows up in our lives as:
• Chronic tension in the jaw, neck, or gut
• Reactivity or emotional numbness
• Overthinking, anxiety, or feeling stuck
• Difficulty being present or relaxing
• Feeling like you’re constantly on edge or in “survival mode”

This session is an invitation to let the breath do the work. You don’t need to understand it all, you just need to feel it. Trust that your body knows how to release.

  • Length:     35 Minutes of Breathing

  • Rounds: 5

  • Breath holds: Inhale holds

  • Breath retentions: 1:20 I 1:45 I 1:45 I 2:20 I 2:40

  • Breathing type: Conscious connected breathing in/out mouth

  • intention: To release deep tension and stress helping us feel calm and regulated after the work is over

1 Hour Summer Solstice Breathwork Journey | Live in Mallorca

I'm excited to share this exclusive 1 hour breathwork journey with you here on Patreon, filmed and recorded during my recent Summer Solstice workshop in Mallorca.

We had a beautiful time coming together for this 2 hour event, joined by people from all over the world. I truly hope some of you can make it to one of our future gatherings on this magical island.

For this session, I teamed up with Hernan Livolsi, a talented and well-known musician here in Mallorca, to create a 1-hour rhythmic breathwork journey. Each round featured a different song, but everything else was fully improvised. The length of the rounds and breath retentions flowed intuitively, with me giving subtle cues that Hernan followed beautifully.

Enjoy, my friends.

  • Length:     1 Hour of Breathing + 15 minutes of meditation

  • Rounds: 6

  • Breath holds: Exhale and inhale

  • Breath retentions: Just hold as long as feels comfortable, there are no set times.

  • Breathing type: Inhale through nose exhale through mouth

1 Hour Psychedelic Breathwork Journey | Let Go & Embrace New Beginnings (2025)

READ FIRST

Welcome to this years first 1 hour journey of the breath. I really enjoyed creating this one, I combined 5 different pieces of music to help make it feel more like a journey, each track having their own energy and emotions to help guide us to where we need to go in that moment. We rented out a beautiful yoga studio in a village nearby to hold space for this experience. And the icing on the cake was my daughter crawling over to me during the end of the meditation while I was in the fetal position, showing papa some love and gratitude.

Please only do this journey if you have at-least 1 hour free of any distractions. The integration/meditation is the most important part. In this journey I give the option to either keep breathing during the breath hold (if you need more activation) or hold your breath like we normally do. Just listen to your body and see what it needs. If you feel safe and want to explore deeper, continue breathing at whatever pace feels right and skip the breath holds. Also, when I speed up the breath, I give the option to continue breathing at a slower pace, or speed up. Again, just listen and do what feels right.

  • Length:       35 minutes of Active Breathing + 20 minutes of meditation

  • Breath Holds (optional)

    • Type: Inhale

    • Duration:  1 Min-1:30

  • Breathing Style: Conscious connected breathing in/out mouth

  • When to Use:  weekly for a complete reset

  • Intention/Purpose:  To access non ordinary states of consciousness, to release stuck emotions, gain insights, feel elevated emotions.

Bio Hack Your Breath | 25 Minute HYPOventilation Breathwork | 2 Breaths Per Minute For Deep Relaxation

LInk to the shorter youtube version with instructions on Ujjayi breathing https://youtu.be/Ivy5Epo4w-Q?si=j3SsgrNkZUHFku5T

  • Length:         25 Minutes of Breathing + 15 Minute Meditation

  • Rounds: 4

  • Breath Holds:

    • Type: Exhale

    • Duration:  30 Sec | 30 sec | 1 Min | 1 Min

  • Breathing Style: slow pranayama. 10 sec inhale, 6 sec hold, 16 sec exhale

  • When to Use:  When you want to slow everything down and also improve CO2 tolerance without having to do long breath holds.

  • Intention/Purpose:  CO2 tolerance and prepare body mind and spirit for deep meditation

This can be challenging to many but very rewarding.

In this practice, we slow the breath to just 2 breaths per minute, inviting the body and mind into a state of deep stillness. Here's how this practice can benefit you:

  • Improves CO2 tolerance: Enhances your body’s ability to handle higher levels of carbon dioxide, improving oxygen delivery to cells and boosting overall resilience.

  • Deep meditative states: Slows the mind, helping you access profound levels of awareness and stillness, similar to yogic Samadhi.

  • Strengthens the nervous system: Builds inner calm and improves your ability to handle stress in daily life.

  • Enhances focus and clarity: Sharpens your mind while keeping you grounded and present.

  • Supports overall health: Encourages balance in your body, promoting relaxation and healing.

This is a powerful practice for those looking to go deeper, a lot more challenging than hyperventilation.

Videos on Autoplay

Hello, my friends,

I’ve received several messages and comments about the frustration with Patreon’s new auto-play feature. While I understand they want users to spend more time on their app, as a paid member, you should have the option to turn it off.

It’s especially frustrating if you’re using my content for sleep or meditation, where you fall asleep, only to suddenly hear my voice saying, “allllllllright.” Nobody wants that. My apologies.

I’ve contacted Patreon to see if there’s a way to disable this feature, and I’ll keep you updated. Grateful for everyone’s support and have a beautiful weekend.

Much love,

Sandy

30 Minute Yoga Nidra | Guided Meditation for Deep Nervous System Reset

In this 30-minute Yoga Nidra session, we dive into a place of deep relaxation while staying fully conscious (its more than okay if you fall asleep). Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” or as Andrew Huberman calls it 'Non-Sleep Deep Rest' NSDR, and its a powerful practice that allows you to access a deeply restful state, similar to sleep, but while still being awake and aware. The idea is to guide you into these slow brainwave states where your body can truly let go.

Throughout the session, we’re combining heart coherence breathing with a focus on different parts of the body. With each breath, you’ll consciously release any tension you’re holding in specific areas while staying connected to your heart center. This combination helps calm the nervous system and reset the body and mind.

  • Length:     30 Minutes of Breathing + 5 Minute Meditation

  • Rounds: No rounds

  • Breath Holds: None

  • Breathing Style: HRV breathing, about 6 seconds in, 6 seconds out (4 counts with this BPM)

  • When to Use: Any time you need a deep nervous system bath

  • Intention/Purpose:  Something different than the normal rounds of breathing with breath holds. A dive into guided meditation.
