Hey Rio ! These can be pretty hard to get: "Ball Drainer" is Tess's BE, you'll have to increase her "Slut level" by reaching climax with her at least two times, then get into her blowjob scene (should be easier as her "slut level" rises) and reach climax one last time, this will trigger the BE. "This is Fine" is related to Melissa, first you have to do at least 5 jobs at the Tavern, until you get invited to Melissa's home, the more jobs you do, the greater the chance of being invited. At her home, reach climax to start the encounter and defeat her, there's a 20% chance (40% if you have the "Lucky" trait) that she'll drop the "Fine Shirt" recipe, craft it at the Blacksmith and successfully complete a side-job in the tavern while under the effect of "Fancy" buff to get the achievement. This is currently the hardest achievement in the game and if you're really into hunting it, the Lucky trait is almost mandatory. I'll probably tweak it so you don't have to trigger the actual encounter for her to drop the "Fine Shirt", but for now, you have to climax once, or else you'll only get gold from her side-job event (I hope that made sense).
