Hero Corruption v1.50 Released !

- The Hills is a new alternative area, just like Grove and Lakeside, it shares the same map piece as Swamp.
- Similar to what happened to the Lakeside, the new bosses won't be added to the Castle until the area is fully developed.
- You can already buy the Hills map in the character creation menu, before starting the run.
NEW ENEMIES
- Ruth:(Hills)
- Ruth has a strange cleaning habit, but she doesn't intend to get her hands dirty.
- Claire:(Hills)(Boss)
- Claire seems to have some family issues... Maybe it's best not to judge her.
- A specific attack type causes Claire to lose Stamina, maybe you can use that to your advantage.

- Rescue Mission: She seems to have passed out, what would a real hero do?
- Bank: May I get you interested in our new life insurance service?

- Fluffy Mat:(Legendary) Whether to slide your feet, or lie on it, everyone wants one of these.

- Added 2 new Bad Endings: Ruth, Claire
- You can now buy a Hills Map at the Shop and before starting a new run
- Green and Orange potion no longer increase price based on Hero's Max. Lust and HP
- Their price is now based on the amount of potions purchased, just like Red and Purple potions
- Shop progressive discount now also applies to potions
- Added Ruth's pics at the Shop
- Added four more advices to Gina
- Added a few dialogs to Laura when losing to her while Gina is at the Base
- Added a tip to the soul of damned regarding corruption bonus

Ah ok, I find it hard to get her out of stamina as if she doesn't attack she recovers 10 stamina a turn automatically, and eventually I have to rest after heavy attacks so she gets back the stamina she loses

2022-11-01 16:52:58 +0000 UTCHey Rob, every time you attack Claire with a Heavy Blow she loses 10 Stamina, that should be enough to control the flow of the battle. If that is it's not enough, I'll add a variable to prevent her from recovering Stamina every turn

When she runs out of stamina you get the scene where she falls under you, I struggle to get that because the stamina she uses to attack she automatically recovers later and my attacks unbalance her but don't make her lose stamina

2022-10-05 10:14:51 +0000 UTCYeah I'm with Rob here. I actually enjoyed having a little fight at the end (the third stage / battle stage). It allowed you to see all the pictures which I've been wanting to see again Well... see... and you know... ;) Now that I understand how it works, I feel like it indeed does feel less "glitchy" and makes more sense (feeling like it was a "dream" where you get a glimpse in reality). I feel like you could keep it the way it is. Only request I have is to either have the pics available via the codex or implement more health so we have the option to see the full scene ourselves.

But the Base page is the most important one, so I prefer to keep it as clean as possible, to avoid slowdowns caused by too much conditional statements (this was happening with the Codex enemies page a few versions ago). I will probably optimize that in the future, when I'm completely sure that no more lines will be added to the Base page. As it stands today, a lot of space is wasted by these attempts to clear status effects from all over the place...

2022-10-04 11:56:30 +0000 UTCThanks, what I also meant is at the moment she has 1hp and all you can do is attack, there is no option to wait or see any other pictures because as soon as you attack she dies and you get the soul. If there was no changes then just increasing her health might work. Hope that helps and look forward to checking it out

2022-10-04 11:51:14 +0000 UTCOkay, I just checked the v1.15 code which is when the event was introduced. The scarecrow event is a bit complex, but I'll try to explain what might be happening: First of all, the scarecrow encounter has three stages: The waiting stage, the dream stage, and the battle. The first and third stages had no changes, the maximum amount of lust that the hero loses remains the same, the waiting time too, as well as the scarecrow's health, pictures and bad ending. However, during the "dreaming" stage some images flickered for less than a second, the idea was that you could get a glimpse of what was really happening while your Hero was dreaming (similar to what happens with Kira's Bad Ending) . Those flashing images have indeed been removed. The reason for this is because I felt that they just couldn't fulfill the proposal I had for them, those photos looked much more like a glitch than a "glimpse of reality", and to be honest, the code was really messy, there was simply too much stuff happening. However, these images are in the game and you can still see them during the battle stage, the picture presented during the third stage is based on corruption, too high corruption will trigger the bad ending, while lower values will show the titjob scene, the middle ground will jump right to blowjob scene. Please also keep in mind that you must have gotten better at the game, and that's why you're missing some images that only appear when corruption is high I do prefer the way it is now, feels much more elegant and fluid, without sacrificing any content. However, I completely understand if you guys prefer the flickering images, I just need to copy the old code and paste into the new version. Let me know your thoughts about it.

There used to be a lot more scenes with the scarecrow that were pretty awesome but now if you wait she spawns with 1hp and there's only an option to attack and you can't wait any longer till you get the scarecrow bad end.

2022-10-04 02:53:08 +0000 UTCThe scarecrow used to have 100 or so hp in old versions so there was a fight with her and different pictures while you fought, I liked those so was wondering if that can be added back in, instead of 1hp. There was a bad ending for her as well

2022-10-04 00:51:53 +0000 UTCHi ! There are currently 4 events in the Hills, two of them being new. So there's a 50% chance you'll come across one of them. Keep in mind that you can only find one event per day, regardless of the area you are exploring.

I had a similar bug before: EOS is unable to load certain images due to problems while connecting to Milovana's server or my own connection, in which case I believe that closing and opening the browser can solve the problem. If the problem persists, please try loading the images in the incognito tab and let me know @edit: I've just checked again in another browser and Serena, Emma and Amy are working properly, however, I do have notice some slowdown on Milovana's server while fixing another bug
