Hero Corruption v1.25 Released !

The new version of Hero Corruption is out.

Changes:


       REWORKED BATTLE SYSTEM (Forest and Grove Only)


Stamina

New attack type: Heavy blow

New base damage formula

The numbers Mason

Previously, a hero with 10 attack and a dagger(+5) would deal 15 fixed damage. Now the damage remains the same if the hero uses a normal attack with 50 Stamina, but it would go up to 30 if his Stamina is at 100. If he chooses to use a heavy blow with full stamina, the damage will be 45.

On the other hand, if the same hero has 10 Stamina, he will only able to use a Normal attack, which will inflict 3 damage. The hero will also need to wait a turn in order to attack again. Additionally, 20 Stamina and below leaves the hero vulnerable to stronger attacks from opponents.

couple suggestions: 1. make blacksmith can sell and buy materials 2. when you are nake, you enter city only trigger one negative effect (by misclick and run to sell and buy stuff to make cloth, i get 5 corruption total) 3. nerf Amy. If you miss the first attack, Amy is statistically impossible to beat. make it if you miss 2-3 attack then the option will increase

angel soul is really a debuff... the decrease is way too much

just an idea to counter the long waiting times after fights to get your stamina up: after a fight is over there could be a multiplier (which could be added to with a perk ?) the product of your left over stamina and that multiplier is your stamina at camp. like your recovery on the way back

It is actually worse now. I just had a run and Diana had over -500 HP (she should be death 20 or 30 attacks ago), I couldnt simply win. Also Kitty is buggy, I went to kill kitty with 9 health and no stamina because I knew she is harmless now. It shows that she attacks -25 health but my health never really decreases, easiest boss ever.

Diana can have negative HP without dying ... maybe some bug caused by the healing ?

OOoo, boy I've got to admit it is now REALLY hard to get to higher level content because you get next to no points after runs. I think I'd be fine with that on the whole but the fact that we need to start the grind again after every update really does leave a bad taste in my mouth to be honest. Can't say I'm a fan of the bonus points change. Also, the Amazon net trap drops your Stamina to 0 after escaping. If that's intended I would argue the trap itself is punishment enough haha.

The Stamina System is a great idea but i don't like it that much to be honest, the game get's way harder that way in my opinion i'd like an option to play it without but you have done great work again and you always have pleasing updates !

Bug: If you stun Laura with a Heavy Blow the encounter changes to Anna instead. Not sure about a Normal Attack.

Stamina system seems promising! Found myself losing track of how much stamina I had at the start of an encounter, and it screwed me over a couple times. That being said, it would be nice to "retire" a run that had completely stalled since right now you only have the option to play it out or reset ALL data (not worth it after a couple runs). Basically allow the player to quit the current Hero, treating it like that Hero just made it to Day 15.

Bug report: Leah boss has (minus) -5 health and fight didnt end, I had to click wait and only afterwards the fight ended. Same thing happened with that new Dildo boss (dont remeber the name) but worse. She had -8 health, fight didnt end, I clicked wait, but she recovered 10 health (had 2 then, alive again like Jesus), I attacked again with Icepick critical she has over -40 health and that bitched attacked me with sensual attack again instead of being dead. Suddenly the fight ended and I won. Regarding stamina, it is relatively good (though attack score should be written on each button, this is not math test but game that should be fun) but also stamina makes it much much more easier (imho needs to be balanced). Score calculation is also different not sure if good or bad. Now is more linear (and easier initially) and before it was more exponential (at least 30 games where score was games where final score was below 100 or below 200 then one game 4000 then 8000 and then 14000. Now it is relatively easy to get 500 or 600 but you never ever get to that level where I wasat the end after 30000 points total. Simply you would need to play it too many times on similar level of difficulty what is kinda boring. Different levels of difficulty makes it more fun to play it multiple times.
