This week was my birthday, and to celebrate it i had to have some cake so i had a Schwarzwälder Torte (Black Forest Cake) and a Fruitcake. And dont worry, we had another cake wich i shared with my mate :P

Hmm, on a workday it is not that much about 3000-4000kcal depending on what i pack for lunch. If i wanna treat myself for dinner with some mcdonalds its more like 4000-5000kcal due my mycdonalds order usually consists about 2500-4000kcal alone. And on a weekend its anywhere betweeen 4000 and 8000kcal.
