I am sorry for the recent lack of content, as you maybe recall i was on the Diabetes Medicament Xultophy. Well this didnt work out for me. Xultophy is a two component Medicament, Basal Insulin plus Liraglutid. The Liraglutid is a medication against obesity and it is known to have a high procentage of patients who get severe sideeffects. After two weeks i couldnt stand it anymore and i was in contact with my doctor. I suffered from 3-4h of nausea each time after i ate, severe diaherra with a feeling if my guts would rip appart, i started to get disgusted from the thought of eating food or from just smelling it. The last few days i even stopped eating. I started to get a depression wich i first thought was because my mate went to visit his family in spain for a month but after i was off the drug i realized it was that medication. Depression is also listed as an unwanted sideeffect.... So now im off that stuff for two weeks now and on regular basal insulin for half a week now and i feel so much better.

My weight did also take another hit, just before i started taking Xultophy i saw my weight going up again, wich changed all due that sideeffects. I droped again a lot of weight and almost fell below 500 pounds... My Doctor even said i should "bite thru" it would just go on another 3 Monts! Another 3 Months like that i said? No thank you. Then he started lecturing me that the only alternative would be basal insulin wich would make me gain weight wich he doesent want to. We were discussing a long time about my weight and how i didnt care if another "few" pounds would add upl. But that i couldnt go on like this. So in the end im on Basal Insulin now and just after two days off Xultophy i felt so much better. Three days later was all in order again even the depression was gone.

So i finally hope this was it now for 2020 and all the shit it throws at us....

Oh and i got a new Office Chair ;-) "just" rated for 220kg/485lb but its better than my old now broken one wich was rated for 200kg/440lb :D))
