This story is a sequel to The Re-Gendering, a story posted earlier that was written by Curious4ever. That story involved a 12 year old boy named Emmett who woke up one morning to find that he had been transformed into a girl due to annual event called The Re-Gendering. In the first story Emmett's transformation goes beyond anything imaginable as he eventually changes into the identical twin to a Japanese girl called Kumiko. Now Emmett is known as Emica and this story takes place seven months after the events of the first story.

I am really enjoying this story. It's such a sweet tale and it really does a great job of showing a side of Emmett we didn't get to experience in the first story in the series. His life as a girl in this one is quite different from that story and so far it seems like his life as Emma is way better than his life as Emica and even Emmett. And I love the illustrations that go with each chapter. Can't wait to see the resolution to it all.
