Of course, when Mowgli is grown-up, his wolf brothers are still alive. So, they are not normal wolves. Maybe, all animals here are former humans from the Lost City. + Do you know that in Soviet Mowgli cartoon, he turned into a wolf for one second, and wolf pups changed into humans? Of course, this is an artists joke, but idea was interesting. That until some age kids could turn into anybody.
