So the main reasons you didn't like your homemade ice bath were because you were sitting in your bikini in a bin, outside in the rain... Knowing what you know now, would you still pay all that money for the spa experience or would you rather just run yourself a cold bath with candles and soothing music etc?

I have actually been taking cold showers for about a year now (because I live in a van and that's the only thing I have) without noticing ANY considerable changes other than: It feels good and you lose the weird anxiety around cold water touching your skin. Any maybe that's good enough.

2023-09-12 04:10:50 +0000 UTCI don't know if I'm pulling a Mandela Effect here but I remember that Melissa at one point did go to one of those expensive ice cold thingies and remember she mentioned some cult-like vibes to it. If I'm not making this up, did you consider mentioning this in the video? Why cut it out? If I'm wrong I guess I'll just take a cold shower to wake me up

(Excluding anything related to vaccines because we know those dangers, but there’s like Jilly Juice which is so salty it causes dehydration and other medical issues.) Cryotherapy makes me nervous. (Not ice bath, cryotherapy.) Melissa, did your membership for ice baths come with other perks? I was assuming that it was like a spa thing.
