- Find lydian scale – 0:15
- Find dorian scale – 0:45
- Transpose F Lydian to D Lydian – 1:00
- Composing bass – 1:26
- Composing dorian accompaniment #1 – 2:40
- Composing dorian accompaniment #2 – 3:50
- Composing dorian melody – 5:01
- Changing dorian accompaniment to lydian - 6:00
- Polishing melody – 6:40
- Changing dorian melody to lydian – 7:16
- Polishing lydian melody – 7:40
- Re-composing accompaniment #2 - 8:12
- Changing dorian accompaniment #2 to lydian - 9:55
- Polishing composition and loop points – 11:02
- Polishing accompaniment #2 – 11:45
