AMRL9 Final Render Testing
Added 2022-12-01 17:31:37 +0000 UTCHello all! Here is my final render "test" for AMRL9 =) We made a ton of progress this week and I will be sharing an animation preview + progress update tomorrow for you!
In the mean time, what do you think of the final models and skin textures?
EDIT: Just to be clear, nothing has changed with Mary yet, this is still her old model. Her new one wont appear until AMRL10

2022-12-05 19:45:16 +0000 UTCStill something off about Maggie & Anne. Maggie especially had such a look about her originally but now looks kinda weird. The blonde color seems off, eyebrows look a little odd, and her face seems to have lost that shy/innocent look about her completely but maybe that is just the poses and screens so far with new model & will look better in animation. Anne on the other hand bottom half of her face looks really stiff, square, and off. Mary is still perfection *chef's kiss*

2022-12-02 06:32:40 +0000 UTCLove your work as always & intrigued to see the finished movie. Change can be painful though & I'm concerned like others about the character makeovers. I think we all loved the originals who were definitely fantasy characters yet wonder if the move to more 'realism' is taking away that magical charm & appeal they had? I can appreciate 'realism' adds a challenge to the art of your craft but changing the code to my imagination can hurt!? So yeah I'm excited but also a little worried. It was already looking forward to a freely lactating Bella but awww now the secrets out!!!

2022-12-02 05:45:55 +0000 UTCThis Maggie is an improvement from the rework preview a few weeks ago. It's not exactly there, but it's closer to looking like a revamp of Maggie's original design rather than something completely different. I'm not really sure about Anna. Maybe it's the angle but her nose seems a bit small and the spacing of her eyes seems off. I'm a bit nervous for a Mary rework. I really think she's great as is and I fear some of these reworks are taking away some of the charm of the designs. The Ms Barnes rework for example didn't improve the character and she doesn't look as good in my opinion. I know changes are necessary as you further develop your craft but your character designs are what originally brought me to your work and I'd love for them to maintain some of their essence as things change!
