To celebrate discovering that Symptoms Stack will likely not need an update until Realm of Magic's release, here is a mod that is sooo tiny, I don't think MTS would want it ^^;
So here is a patreon exclusive (but FREE, and always free) upload of Fever Delirium.

This mod runs checks for if a sim has the severe Feverish buff (this is 3 hours vanilla, 24 hours with Cooler Sicknesses and/or Private Practice) and has a small chance of a sim becoming delirious.
