Sorry for being blunt but lack of sleep has worn off any semblance of tact... A few things worth knowing: I hope the vegetable juice isn't sweet. Candida loves sugar. For best results stick to leafy dark green vegetables (the darker the green, the more chlorophyll). Inflammation flare ups after flights can be caused by hypoxia (oxygen deprivation). If you plan on flying you might want to prep with something that promotes blood circulation like Dong Qui (which also has B12) or Feverfew supposedly do. Never used these myself. Perhaps you could even get an oxygen mask for the occasional deep breath… In anticipation of flying, you also probably want to load up on probiotics, certain enzymes, and L-glutamine (if you don’t already) as the immunity of the gut is arguably affected the most by flight (especially if you’re a nervous flyer like I am). For the issues you have with the medication your doctor gave you, in addition to taking it slow you really need to drink a ton of water. A ton. Every time you get up to pee you should drink and entire glass of water. Then repeat. The medications will kill the candida but it needs somewhere to go. Into the toilet is the best option. You may want to ask whoever you get dietary advice from about how to improve Glutathione and Glutamine production in your body (foods, supplements, etc.). Glutathione will help detoxify your liver and Glutamine will help heal the endothelial cells in your gut which appears to be the source of most autoimmune issues. For Glutathione, straight supplements don’t seem to be all that effective due to absorption issues so corollary supplements may work better (e.g. selenium, zinc, magnesium). Lastly and most interesting is what you said about smiling. Oddly, there is an increasing amount of evidence that the information exchange between brain and body is a two way street. Boiled down: being happy makes you smile…and smiling makes you happier. So force yourself to smile. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths. And smile. Even if it doesn’t feel genuine at first keep at it. Smile and link that smile to the most wonderful memories you can recall or, if you can’t recall any, make some up: daydream. The brain takes cues from the body. I have had surprising success with posture and expression changes. I have even trained my brain so I can evoke an endorphin release almost on demand. Eventually the smiling will be genuine again. 😊

I believe a grown up Peter Pan suits you very well ! I understand your tiny friend believes in fairies so I shall live trough this trial once again. As long as people believe in me I shall fight :)

Dear Clef, I shall try to find a way to help you smile again.

Thank you everyone .❤ Because I don't want to loose the money and I want to see my dad, I decided to pay an extra to change my reservation to go to my dad's in April... Since then, I hope I'll be strong enough not to get a flare up after I come back. As of today , I woke up with my neck stuck! AGAIN. I'm so tired of this.....

Dear Clef, it is difficult to find words to express how I feel watching your video, it is hard to see you in such pain and feel the disappointment at not being able to travel to Romania to see your father. I hope you have friends and family with you to help you cope with all that you have to deal with at this time, mentally and physically. If it helps, I shall tell you of my young friend, she is 9 years old and when she saw you dressed as Tinkerbell she was convinced you were the real thing - she has no doubt, you ARE Tinkerbell. This gave her a problem, however, because she knew that I knew you and if you are Tinkerbell, who does that make me? Initially, she thought I must be one of the lost boys, but that did not work for her somehow so she now thinks I am Peter Pan, grown up. It delights her that she "knows" my secret and it is a credit to your wonderful cosplaying that my friend has such a happiness in her life. You are a very positive influence and you are strong, I have more than enough patience to wait for your recovery and accept that the posts on Patreon may be very few in the near future. Your health and wellbeing are the most important things at the moment and my wish for updates is very secondary to that. Take great care, Clef, and never lose hope and belief that better days will come. Thinking of you, Richard ps there is nothing wrong with your spoken English, it is almost as endearing as you are.

You will be stronger and feel wonderful, you will be happy and do all the things you want to. You have had more good days this year than last year. You have great days in your future. You are AMAZING!!!
