Japan Expo

is coming and I hope you are doing okay. Especially for all the people impacted by the actual heat wave.
Please be safe and don't forget to drink .( water ! of course)

Surprisingly the heat is not bothering me that much since it is a dry heat (Humid heat makes me so sick)


So since I've been back from Quebec one week ago I have been ( trying to cope with jet lag) and
working on a piece of background for my cosplay skit because, Yes! I'm going back on stage !
First time in 3 years ! I thought it was time to try. So why not try during the biggest French event?

The show will take place on Thursday and it's a special one: Japan expo 20th anniversary .

Back in January I had been gratefully invited to participate to the show but until 2 weeks ago I wasn't sure I could attend it because of my health .Then I suddenly decided I had to otherwise I would regret it.
I told myself I would go even of I'm not yet hundred percent healed. ( I did the same for Canada and it went pretty well)

So I asked the crew if I could still enter and they said"yes but hurry you have just a few days to come up with an audio /video file and a story."
In two days it was ready and I sent them all they needed. Now I have to finish the last but not the least piece of my cosplay. A big foam Flower !







I'm making it detachable so I can bring it with me in a IKEA plastic bag. ( well how fitting is that ? An IKEA bag for a assembly kit background ?) Not sure how my carpool budy will react when they see the "thing" . I warned them I was bringing woth me a big piece of foam , I hope they have enougn room in the car XD.

I'm going to see my osteopath just before leaving for Japan Expo hoping it will relieve me a bit because that problem with my neck and my throat ( remember cliking throat and breathing being difficult plus pain in the neck) has been back full force and it's pretty exhausting. I wish I could go to Paris being asymptomatic .
