Patron's Choice, FINAL ROUND: Fyrsa vs. Yhara - CLOSED

And then there were two.

This week's match-up, the last of its kind, is for the title of Patron's Choice. The winner will be officially incorporated into the world of Hierophant, and players will be able to meet them in the finished game.

Competition was quite fierce, and our second runner-up, the Rhusa, lost by only one single vote last week, clearing the way for a Fyrsa vs. Yhara showdown. Hope is not lost for the calculating bathers, as next week, the Draak-Kin Choice will redeem one species, and Dreaming Door will choose at least one more after that.

For now, however, we prepare to welcome our first champion! Who will it be? The multimorphic Fyrsa, emblems of strength in diversity and the incredible power of life to take on fascinating shapes, even within the same species? Note that the Scout and Engineer classes depicted are but two Fyrsa class evolutions, and there are plans for at least four, including the Caregiver class and the Thresher class (permanent names to be decided).

Or will it be the powerful and mysterious Yhara, terrifying masters of the underworld, whose thousand-mile scent-record could be an important part of Newhome's salvation, or a step towards its doom? Nearly as large as a Draak and capable of sensing moving objects dozens of miles away, they are nearly helpless in the light of the Suns, but in the dark places, they represent a power and a strange wisdom unmatched by any other species.

You decide! This round... and this round only... will see a champion of the people arise!

Though the Yhara received more votes than the Fyrsa last round, but it will come down to the Rhusa voters... will they lend their support to the Yhara, or the Fyrsa? Their "swing vote" may well be the deciding factor.
