All three exercises have the same pattern, but with different harmonies and positions. This way you'll be able to master the pattern more proficiently and eventually use it in your own playing. With these exercises not only will you practice your right hand, but the left one as well by playing a few pull-offs and hammer-ons. I recommend you play this in a slower tempo so all the sixteen notes could be even and the whole pattern could have a smooth sound.
