New songs... and an idea??

I'm finally settling back into life back home after tour (do I say this every time I post? 😂This time I really think it's true) and I'm starting to think about what this next chapter could look like! Since getting home, two little songs found their way to me out of nowhere. I wasn't expecting to fall into writing again so soon, but it's felt so good and so exciting to touch this part of music again after a year and a half of focusing on the recording/producing/mixing/video-making side of things. It feels as though a season of writing might be upon me, and as such, I'm thinking I should make some more time for it :)
So this brings me to my question! How would you feel if in addition to new videos, occasional online concerts, and official releases of new songs, I added one more thing to the list of things KG Records helps support: the actual writing of new songs! And what if this came in the form of sharing my original iphone demos!!?! These are the recordings I make in the exact moment I finish writing a song. They're raw and imperfect but filled with the magic that comes from the moment a song is born. It kind of terrifies me, as this is a stage in a song's life I don't let ANYONE in on other than Jesse and sometimes my family, but you are my family too, and I thought it could be really cool to share the earlier parts of the process with you. These would NOT be released publicly so they would be for your ears only!! I'm super excited about this idea and think it would help inspire me to create some space in my life for writing again.
