All Along (Official Music Video)
Added 2018-09-30 19:41:24 +0000 UTCFriends, it's here! May I present to you the very last music video of the album for my song "All Along," featuring none other than your own fellow KG Records members (and maybe, you).
I cannot thank everyone who sent in videos enough for putting themselves out there to help me create such a special video. You all reduced me to a puddle of tears. Watching through your videos as the tour came to a close felt like the most perfect and fitting end to this chapter. I had chills and was in tears throughout the editing of this video, and I'm just so grateful for the courage and beauty and vulnerability displayed by everyone who participated.
The one issue with this project was that I wish my song had been 20 minutes long instead of 2. Every single video that was sent in was beautiful and brave and perfect in its own way, and I wish I could have included them all. I actually ended up having to randomly select which videos made it into the final video because it was just too impossible to choose. That said, I couldn't let all these messages go unseen, so I've created an official All Along gallery to supplement the video, featuring stills from every singe entry. (Except the 2 or 3 I wasn't able to open--I'm sorry!) They are too beautiful not to be shared. If ever you're in need of some love and encouragement, this gallery would probably be a good place to start :)

I couldn't bring myself to do a submission, and I'm so glad to see how well you all said what needs to be said, shared what needs to be shared. We are mighty, indeed. What I feel most right now is PRIDE. I'm so proud to be part of this dear community. I'd love to do more, but with all of you here, it's OK for me to take my longer path. I didn't realize how much I look at the keyboard while I type, until trying doing it now with tears of joy in my eyes.
