"Yesterday" with Imaginary Future

Imaginary Future (AKA Jesse (AKA guy I married)) has been working on a Beatles EP for a while now, and I was so happy to finish it off with him with this cover of "Yesterday"! Been feeling a lot brewing in my brain lately, so while I apologize for being a little less present on the internet, I'm hopeful that some of these thoughts and ideas will become a little more concrete in the near future and I'll be sharing more soon :)
A quick heads up to those of you who are also Patrons of Imaginary Future, we just charged you on my video as to not double it up! So fear not.

It's one of those things I can listen to and remember the world isn't so bad. Every now and then, you see something in life and just think "that was destined to be"...that is what I see when I see you guys together. It's really beautiful ❤ I guess my requests would be 1) please play local more so I can see you play again - it was really amazing - and 2) I just can hardly wait to hear the new tunes in the works. With each album, you've reinvented yourself while still staying true to what made me love your music in the first place, so I'm really excited to hear what you've done this time around. When Jesse started his Patreon, I knew I couldn't afford to do what I wanted for him, but I really love his stuff too and I'm making it a priority to make it happen soon. Without art, life is just sad and cold and mechanical. You guys could both make stacks of cash if you just did what labels wanted but instead you take a stand for the purity of your art and I really admire that. I'm proud to be a part of it, however small ☺

Youve grown so darn much as an artists since i started following 7 years ago, its amazing!! Have you ever thought of ressurecting kinatime (thats what it was called right?!)? 2017-02-28 18:34:39 +0000 UTCWaaay back in the 240p days I remember watching your cover of this with David Choi and thinking 'okay, Internet, we still have some serious work to do on audio quality.' And now it's perfect!! And I'm so happy. Life is good! I watched my first four Ghibli movies over the past couple weeks and am returning the last one today and taking a little break. 'It does not do to look too often on the face of a god,' after all! By coincidence I have a perfect palate cleanser planned: a group of my associates are going to pick our favorite songs that were on TRL and string them together for party time. I am trying to resist the urge to put your covers of said songs in... but either way, I prevail. :D Not so much a request as a reiteration, but I am looking forward so much to your new music and (fingers crossed!) the podcast - I love alignment, and everything about it aligns so well. And all the other new projects you're thinking of! I know nothing about them, except I *know* that they are good. Oh, what a life!
