Did a little cover of "Bad Blood" for this week's #KinaMonday. I had SO much fun working with Clara. She is such a talent and has such a killer voice. Hope you enjoy the video!

2015-06-23 04:57:35 +0000 UTCI do so love these covers. Simple, clear and uncluttered. Revealing more of the beauty of the song itself. I can hear and understand every word of the lyrics. Something which is all too rare in much of today's pop music. This is music that makes me lean in to the speaker to hear every nuance. Perhaps this should be a new sub-genre in pop: Call it the "Lean-In" version (especially since the "unplugged" meme seems to have faded). Of course, I like both ways of doing a song: I'd never crank this version up and go crazy on the dance floor...
