I saw them in 2019 and it was completely live but it sounded so good just like how the songs are on the track. Monsta x just has perfected there breathing and the way they move that it’s so hard to tell lol. To me this sounded live but I have seen them actually live. But I also know in music award shows the award show themselves will make the artist go with the back track. But it sounds live to me.
