I'd also like to clarify: I am only biased in-favor of people not selected for commissions last round - you may submit again this month even if you submitted last month and weren't chosen.

Feel free to submit characters and scenarios of your liking, just know I will have my own biases in selection towards subjects I'm familiar with. I will also be biased in favor of non-repeat commissioners!
